FALL SEMESTER 2027

Registration and drop/add for the Fall 2027 Semester begins March 22, 2027

July 19	Tuition and fee payments due (classes will be cancelled for students with unpaid tuition and fees)
August 19-13	Thatcher Campus faculty advising (appointment suggested – check curriculum pages for advisor contact information)
August 12	Thatcher Campus residence halls open at 10:00 a.m. and food service facilities open at 11 a.m.
August 16	Classes begin Please Note: The last day to withdraw without record and receive a refund for courses that do not meet the entire semester (8/16-12/9) is two days after the start date. Financial aid and scholarship funds available 10 days after the start of the term.
August 20	Last day to register and add classes for semester-length courses
August 23	Last day to withdraw without record and receive refund for semester-length courses
September 6	Labor Day Holiday
October 8	Fair Day Holiday (Columbus Day Observed)
November 11	Veterans Day Holiday
November 24-26	Thanksgiving Holiday (Thatcher Campus food service facilities close November 23rd at 6 p.m. and reopens November 27th at 11 a.m.)
December 3	Last day for students to withdraw with a “W” for semester-length courses
December 3	Last day of regular classes
December 6-9	Final Exams (Thatcher Campus food service facilities close December 9th at 6 p.m. Residence halls close December 10th at 9 a.m. Residence halls reopen January 8th at 10 a.m.; Food service facilities reopen January 10th at 11a.m.)
December 9	Semester Ends
December 13	Tuition and fee payments due for Spring 2028 Semester (classes will be cancelled for students with unpaid tuition and fees)
December 24-31	Christmas Holiday - All offices closed
December 31	Scholarship Applications due

SPRING SEMESTER 2028

Registration and drop/add for the Spring 2028 Semester begins October 6, 2027

December 13	Tuition and fee payments due (classes will be cancelled for students with unpaid tuition and fees)
December 31	New Year’s Day Holiday (Observed)

January 8	Thatcher Campus residence halls open at 10:00 a.m.

May 5	Semester Ends
May 5	Commencement Ceremony - 7:30 p.m.

SUMMER TERM 2028

Registration and drop/add for Summer Term 2028 begins October 6, 2027

May 8	Tuition and fee payments due (classes will be cancelled for students with unpaid tuition and fees)
May 29	Memorial Day Holiday
May 30	Classes Begin for 1st 5-week and 10-week Sessions Financial aid and scholarship funds available 5 days after the start of the term.
May 31	Last day to register and add classes
June 1	Last day to withdraw without record and receive refund
June 30	Last Day to Withdraw with a “W” for 1st 5-week Courses is the last day of class Final Exams given the last day of class
July 3	Classes Begin for 2nd 5-week Session
July 5	Last Day to Register for 2nd 5-week Session Classes
July 6	Last Day to Withdraw Without Record to Receive a Refund for 2nd 5-weeks
July 4	Independence Day Holiday
August 4	Last day to withdraw with a grade of “W” is the last day of class Final Exams given the last day of class
