FALL SEMESTER 2026

Registration and drop/add for the Fall 2026 Semester begins March 23, 2026

July 20	Tuition and fee payments due (classes will be cancelled for students with unpaid tuition and fees)
August 10-14	Thatcher Campus faculty advising (appointment suggested – check curriculum pages for advisor contact information)
August 13	Thatcher Campus residence halls open at 9:00 a.m. and food service facilities open at 11 a.m.
August 17	Classes begin Please Note: The last day to withdraw without record and receive a refund for courses that do not meet the entire semester (8/17-12/10) is two days after the start date. Financial aid and scholarship funds available 10 days after the start of the term.
August 21	Last day to register and add classes for semester-length courses
August 24	Last day to withdraw without record and receive refund for semester-length courses
September 7	Labor Day Holiday
October 9	Fair Day Holiday (Columbus Day Observed)
November 11	Veterans Day Holiday
November 25-27	Thanksgiving Holiday (Thatcher Campus food service facilities close November 24th at 6 p.m. and reopens November 28th at 11 a.m.)
December 4	Last day for students to withdraw with a “W” for semester-length courses
December 4	Last day of regular classes
December 7-10	Final Exams (Thatcher Campus food service facilities close December 10th at 6 p.m. Residence halls close December 11th at 9 a.m. Residence halls reopen January 9th at 10 a.m.; Food service facilities reopen January 10th at 11a.m.)
December 10	Semester Ends
December 14	Tuition and fee payments due for Spring 2027 Semester (classes will be cancelled for students with unpaid tuition and fees)
December 21-28	Christmas Holiday - All offices closed
December 31	Scholarship Applications due

SPRING SEMESTER 2027

Registration and drop/add for the Spring 2027 Semester begins October 7, 2026

December 14	Tuition and fee payments due (classes will be cancelled for students with unpaid tuition and fees)
January 1	New Year’s Day Holiday (Observed)

January 9	Thatcher Campus residence halls open at 10:00 a.m.
January 11	Thatcher Campus food service facilities open at 11a.m.

May 3-6	Final Exams Thatcher Campus food service facilities close May 6th at 6 p.m. Residence halls close May 7th at 9 a.m.)

May 7	Commencement Ceremony - 7:30 p.m.

SUMMER TERM 2027

Registration and drop/add for Summer Term 2027 begins October 7, 2026

May 10	Tuition and fee payments due (classes will be cancelled for students with unpaid tuition and fees)
May 31	Memorial Day Holiday
June 1	Classes Begin for 1st 5-week and 10-week Sessions Financial aid and scholarship funds available 5 days after the start of the term.
June 2	Last day to register and add classes
June 3	Last day to withdraw without record and receive refund
July 2	Last Day to Withdraw with a “W” for 1st 5-week Courses is the last day of class Final Exams given the last day of class
July 5	Independence Day Holiday
July 6	Classes Begin for 2nd 5-week Session
July 7	Last Dat to Register for 2nd 5-week Session Classes
July 8	Last Day to Withdraw Without Record to Receive a Refund for 2nd 5-weeks
August 6	Last day to withdraw with a grade of “W” is the last day of class Final Exams given the last day of class
