Program Description

The Cosmetology program provides students an opportunity to apply Cosmetology practices and principles in a simulated salon environment. Upon successful completion of the program, a minimum of three (3) semesters to obtain the 1500 hours of training necessary, students will be eligible to take the Arizona Barbering and Cosmetology Board Examination. The Cosmetology Program meets Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with required Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Students can continue their education and complete an Associate of Applied Science degree by taking sixteen (16) General Education credits.

In addition to general tuition, a required course fee of $180 per credit will be applied to all Cosmetology courses enrolled, and a one-time kit fee for new students.
